To replace the cord, ensure the trimmer is turned off and disconnected from the power outlet. Locate the screws that secure the bottom cover of the trimmer and remove them. Identify the connections of the two wires of the old cord (usually black and white). Carefully disconnect the wires of the old cord and connect the wires of the new ANDIS #4624 replacement cord in the same positions. Ensure the connections are secure and reassemble the bottom cover of the trimmer, tightening the screws.
