MIA SECRET Matte Top Gel is a gel top coat designed to instantly transform any glossy nail polish (gel or traditional) into a modern and elegant matte finish. Its formula provides a smooth and velvety texture to the nail. It can be applied over acrylic nail systems or over gel polishes (such as Gelux). If applied over gel, it is necessary to cleanse the sticky layer of the color gel before applying the Matte Top Gel and, once the latter is cured, cleanse the sticky layer again.
