OPI Gel Color GC003 Stay Shiny Top Coat is a gel top coat designed to provide long-lasting shine and protect the gel manicure. It acts as a sealant, preventing chipping and extending the duration of the color. This product, like others in the OPI GelColor line, requires curing under an LED lamp.
