It does not require the use of a UV/LED lamp. It helps the Top Coat achieve a clear, glass-like finish and provides flexibility to the final layer, reducing brittleness. Please Check packaging for accurate Ingredient list information. How to use: After applying the second layer of Gelish Dip Powder, apply one coat of Activator to all nails. Wait 20 seconds. Wipe off excess Activator with a lint-free wipe. File and shape the nails. Remove dust with a lint-free wipe. Apply a second coat of Activator and dry wipe. Apply one coat of Gelish Dip Top Coat to seal and add shine. Cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds (although the activator itself does not require curing).
